HOUTHI MISSILE STRIKES NEAR TEL AVIV'S BEN GURION AIRPORT A ballistic missile launched from Yemen by the Iran-backed Houthis struck near Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport on Sunday, briefly grounding flights, halting train service and forcing the closure of access roads covered in debris. The incident marks the first time the Israeli Army has claimed it failed to intercept an incoming ballistic missile since the collapse of the ceasefire in Gaza in mid-March. The Houthis have fired over two dozen missiles and drones on Israel recently, according to the IDF.

AT THE WHITE HOUSE: IN NBC INTERVIEW, TRUMP SAYS 'I DON'T KNOW' WHEN ASKED IF HE NEEDS TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION; SAYS HE WON'T FIRE JEROME POWELL; AND RULES OUT RUNNING FOR A THIRD TERM In an interview that aired Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” President Trump defended his aggressive immigration plan, arguing that his campaign promise to deport undocumented migrants may supersede giving those being targeted their constitutional rights to due process. Asked whether he, as President of the United States, needed to “uphold” the constitution, Trump said he wasn’t sure, deferring to his lawyers. Last week, Trump told ABC News that he “could” order Abrego Garcia’s return, but in the NBC interview, Trump said he was relying on the attorney general to determine whether he could. Trump also said that he wouldn't seek a third term as president, though he has teased the possibility several times, and that he wouldn't fire Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell before his term ends in 2026.
